Outcomes Research Experience:

• Designed, developed, distributed, and supported data collection and transmission software to support the Beta Project for the Indicator Monitoring System (IMS):  Obstetrics, Anesthesia, Trauma Care, Oncology Care, Cardiovascular Care, Medication Use, Infection Control, and Home Infusion Therapy (Four separate "shrink-wrap" releases).
  
• Actively participated in the Joint Commission's Speakers' Bureau. Topics:  Indicator Monitoring System, Information Management Standards, and Beta Training.
  
• Actively participated with the CIO in the selection and contract negotiation with an outsourcing firm for the fully implemented IMS.
  
• Participated on various corporate-wide task forces and IMS Planning Team.
• Responsible for the information systems planning, development, and operationalization of the Indicator Monitoring System; including outsourced and in-house developed components.
