In summary, my skills reflect that I am an innovative, energetic, service and team-oriented information services executive. I have effecitively blended technical and communication skills to design and implement solutions that meet or exceed the users' expectations and the business objectives. I am experienced at "calming the waters", managing expectations, budgets, board presentations, and large group communications. I have proven abilities as an effective contract negotiator, having negotiated several contracts for information technology, office supplies, office equipment, and medical supplies.
